As a meteorologist I know that forecasting weather is an incredibility difficult task even at the best of times. In the modern age, with the use of complex mathematical algorithms, computers and satellites, this task has become slightly easier. We can only predict with a high degree of certainty weather conditions for up to 7 days in advance, however Event Weather has gone beyond this. Using their propriety algorithms they have endeavored to give users an easy to read report outlining the highest likelihood weather conditions for any day, up to 12 months in advance. I am keen to see its applications towards impending climate change and its ability to deduce periods of prolonged drought.
