Event Weather is actively seeking investors to help us turbo charge our growth plans. We are seeking both funding and expertise in turning cutting edge weather products and services into extraordinary shareholder value. We prefer active investors who can open doors to new markets, new partners and new customers.

Event Weather is currently undertaking early commercialisation of its product offerings and maintains a strong pipeline of prototype, near term and also blue sky products.

Our medium term goal is to achieve a strong return to early investors. We believe that there is a niche market place within the domestic and international sectors for new revolutionary products based around weather technology. This is supported by both medium to large businesses that are actively seeking out innovative technologies that deliver new channels to customers.

All founding shareholders in Event Weather are experts in their field. We have a strong in-house skills base in IT, business management, analytical services, earth science/meteorology and spatial/GIS application development.

Event Weather has in place a shareholders’ agreement and a subscription agreement. These agreements contain all appropriate corporate governance and financial controls and investor protection mechanisms.
